The information below may be useful in answering your questions. We are a very small company. We work hard to answer as many questions as possible every day. Email is our preferred method of communication, as well as quickest response. You can contact us at customerservice@thepalmgifts.com 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
1. Orders typically ship within 1 week. Occasionally products become out of stock or we are waiting on a shipment to arrive. Please contact us prior to ordering if your item is needed for a special occasion for a specific date. Our products are mostly handmade. We like to make sure each product meets and exceeds our expectations, as well as our customers.
Some custom orders may take a little longer due to demand, holidays, graduation. We make most of our products when you order them so they are made especially for YOU. Our monogrammed clogs can take up to 10 weeks to ship out as they are made from scratch and assembled as ordered, so please plan accordingly.
Please let us know PRIOR to ordering if you have a special shipping need. Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds once orders have been placed. If you have a special need, please let us know. We are here to help!
2. Yahoo, AOL, Mac and other email accounts place some emails from The Palm Gifts in your Bulk/Junk/Spam Folder Check your spam/junk/bulk folders for our email replies. If you have not heard from us within 72 hours, please send another email, check your spam folder, or feel free to give us a call at 803-802-2121. We are always eager to help. Please leave a message if you do not reach someone. We will return calls as quickly as possible.
3. Please note some of our products will arrive at different times in different shipments. If you have not received all of your order within 5 weeks, please let us know. (except monogrammed clogs)
4. Do you sell wholesale? YES! Please email customerservice@thepalmgifts.com for more information.

I am a huge fan of online shopping, but nothing comes close to the quality and superb customer service at The Palm Gifts. I am very impressed with the interaction I had with Rebecca (customer service). I e-mailed her several questions about her products around 10pm (west coast time) and she replied back to me within minutes at 1am (east coast time)! I requested a custom made personalized tote bag for my baby, Rebecca talked to her seamstress and her team was able to make the bag that I requested!! I received it in the mail the other day and the end result was amazing!!!! As a matter of fact, I was at my son's day care and another mother commented to me, "your bag is so adorable!" I ordered 8 monogrammed koozies (7 for my bridesmaids and 1 for myself, of course!) and cannot even begin to tell you what a hit they were! The girls wore black dresses and I got them the black koozie with pink and white polka dot ribbon and their inital monogrammed in hot pink. Everything went together nicely! It was my favorite gift that I gave to the girls and even made them open it last. We all used them on our wedding day and everyone loved them. Just got back from Hawaii and I wanted to make sure I got you a thank you out right away. The flops and the bags were a HUGE hit!!! The girls took their shoes off and put the flops on as soon as they got them at the rehearsal dinner - they wore them all day on Saturday getting ready and most of them changed into them at the reception.
